BestCashGold – BestCashGold.com, Martin Investments, or any owners, operators, or employees thereof.
Refinement – The process of retrieving precious metals and diamonds from scrap.
Merchandise – Any items received by BestCashGold for the purposes of refinement.
Merchandise Evaluation
We purchase merchandise for its value in precious metals and diamonds. We always try to offer the highest cash price possible.
The prices paid for the precious metal content is based on the current market value of the metal, the cost of refinement,
and the amount of metal in the merchandise. The price paid for diamonds is based on the carat, color, clarity, and cut of
the diamonds. We are not able to offer cash for plated merchandise or diamonds where the cost of refinement exceeds the
fair market value.
Mailing Items to BestCashGold
BestCashGold provides a secure, postage-paid mailer for your merchandise. The secure mailer includes $100 in insurance.
If you feel your merchandise requires more insurance, please obtain additional insurance before mailing.
The BestCashGold mailer has postage paid when using the USPS. If you wish to use another carrier, please obtain packaging
with your carrier and the proper insurance before mailing. The address will be provided with your Gold Kit.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the right to sell any merchandise you mail to BestCashGold.
Payment
We offer payment of merchandise in the form of a check. We feel this is the best way to make sure you receive payment for
your merchandise.
Returns
If you change your mind about selling your merchandise, you must return your payment check by mail and we must receive it
no later than 14 days from the date on the check. All merchandise is subject to being processed 14 days after a check has
been issued. We cannot return your merchandise after the 14 days. We will return your items with insurance limited to the
lessor of $100 or the check amount as long as our system has not been abused.
Abuses
If you request a Gold Kit and do not use it to return items to us or you send our mailer with items that have no scrap value
then you may be denied our services in the future. Further, you may be required to pay all postage if you wish your items
returned. Please do not abuse our system.
Limit of Liability
In no case shall BestCashGold be liable for amounts exceeding the insurance placed on the merchandise during shipment. If
BestCashGold does not receive the check for the merchandise back within 14 days from the date on the check then BestCashGold
shall no longer be liable for the merchandise.
